Sarah Wallace serves as the Director of Service Enablement, AI & Analytics for IHS Markit Technology.
Her research covers the next generation support systems (OSS/BSS) which will enable personalized services and allow partnerships for new ecosystems like IoT, all while running in a virtualized environment. Wallace also examines the analytics and machine/deep learning that will be driving these capabilities.
