Sarah Wallace serves as the Director of Service Enablement, AI & Analytics for IHS Markit Technology.

Her research covers the next generation support systems (OSS/BSS) which will enable personalized services and allow partnerships for new ecosystems like IoT, all while running in a virtualized environment. Wallace also examines the analytics and machine/deep learning that will be driving these capabilities. Additionally, Wallace covers SDN/NFV, customer experience, managed services, telco cloud, subscriber management, policy/DPI and revenue management.

Wallace first became an analyst in the telecom industry 18 years ago covering OSS at RHK. Prior to her work at RHK, she served as Senior Technology Editor for OSS Magazine. She more recently worked as Analyst for Heavy Reading covering topics such as OSS/BSS, Big Data Analytics, SDN/NFV, cloud, managed services, customer experience, social CRM, M2M, mobile payments, mobile commerce and enterprise mobility.
